In November 1997 I went on a poetry performance tour sponsored by Camel cigarettes to Madison, Milwaukee, Detroit, Chicago, St. Louis, Kansas City, Dallas, and Houston. I developed much of the material for my 2003 book, Economics, on this tour. See all dates here.
