In the name of the Constitution of the United States,
and of the dead generations from which she receives her old
tradition of nationhood, America, through us,
summons her children to her flag, and strikes for her freedom.
We declare the rights of the people of the United States to the
ownership of our land, and to the unfettered control of American
destinies, to be sovereign and indefeasible. The long usurpation of
these rights by a rogue government and an intransigent elite has not
extinguished that right, nor will it ever.
We reserve the great patronage of the unique resources,
history, and heroism of our land as energy that will spur us to victory.
We place this cause of a more vigorous citizenry under the
collective spirit of our fallen ancestors, whose blessing we invoke
upon our arms, and pray that no one who serves that cause will
dishonor it by cowardice, inhumanity, or rapine.
In this supreme hour our nation must, by its valor and
discipline, and by the readiness of its children to sacrifice
themselves for the common good, prove itself worthy
of the august destiny to which it is called.
